Our 2016 cider has been created using a single year's harvest of locally grown apples. Over 30 different varieties of apples were used, giving our cider a crisp and refreshing flavour.
The apple juice was pressed in autumn 2016, then left to ferment and rest over the winter. We expect to have around 10,000 bottles of cider in 330ml bottles by April 2017. The ABV of our cider is currently being tested.
The majority of our cider will be sold at farmer's markets, local events and in local shops, bars, cafes and clubs. Further details will follow on our website and Facebook page.
